Terms and conditions

Please read the following points carefully as this affects the use of our website and purchase of products from the online shop by you. Shopping with Mail order Products displayed on this website can be ordered on-line via our secure server. When you place an order online, you will receive an automatically produced email confirmation to your nominated email account of your order details. The order confirmation you receive confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet it in full. You will also be allocated a transaction number for that order - please quote this as your reference in any enquiries you may make.

PRICES

All prices shown on the shop website are excluding postage and packaging. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices on our website are accurate we will need to validate the price before your order is processed. If the correct price is different from the one on your order or we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can cancel your order. In such cases we will refund your monies in full. Clicking on our BUY GOODS button is not deemed an 'invitation to purchase' by us but an 'expression of interest' by you.

 - All product prices shown on the shopping website are inclusive of Value Added Tax but exclude postage and packaging. Postage and packaging is added at the checkout and is based on weights of your purchases we only ship to the UK the Channel Islands and N.Ireland.

 - When discount codes are applied at the checkout, the price of goods excl VAT will be subject to the discount code applied

 - All Card payment transactions on the site are made in GB Pounds. 

PRODUCTS

Whilst every effort is made to supply the product shown, it may be necessary due to design changes, alterations, delivery suppliers, new editions and other reasons outside of our control to replace the item purchased with a similar product.

We will endeavour to notify you of the change before dispatch. 

LIABILITY

We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions on our website and/or in our marketing materials, and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time. 

PAYMENT

We use Paypal only for payments, where you can use an existing Paypal account or checkout as a guest using most popular cards.

DELIVERY

Delivery can only be made to destinations within the UK. Orders will be dispatched 2 to 3 days after initial order. Delivery timescale for the UK is 2-3 days. This is a guideline and not a guarantee.

Packages are sent via the UK Royal Mail or courier dependent on the physical size of the order.

RETURNS

Please inspect your goods upon delivery of the package. We are sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase but should there be a fault/problem with any item(s) then contact us here and we will instruct you how and where to return your goods. We have a return/cancellation policy of 28 days, please ensure you return items within 28 days from delivery.

All returned items MUST be unused and on original backing paper and application (if applied) to the decal, unless your item is faulty. We will email you to confirm the return address.

CANCELLATIONS

Any order cancellations will be subject to a £2.50 administration fee. This cost will cover refunds and restocking.

If your order is a non-stock item or custom cut the order would have to cover the cost materials plus the £2.50 restock

SPECIAL OFFERS/CLEARANCE

Special offer items, sale items, end of line/clearance items are non-refundable.

Any goods returned after 28 days of shipment can not be exchanged, credited or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights. If the product is faulty, damaged please contact us here advising of this.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Whilst every effort is made to supply products from our Special Offers section, we are limited by stock levels of a particular item. All original prices shown in this section are based on RRP or our previous selling price. In some cases, purchases of any Special Offer may be limited or declined with no reason given.

LEGAL

While we make every effort to ensure that our products are legal for sale within the UK, and most of our products are on general sale, we make no warranties or indemnities express or implied as to the legality of purchase, import, export, display, sale, publication or distribution of any product in any jurisdiction.
